Eligibility

Eligibility for Admission

  • Candidates must have passed SSLC / Class X (or an equivalent examination) from a recognised University / Board of any Indian State.
  • A minimum of 35% marks in Mathematics & Science subjects is required, in all categories.
  • Admission is conducted once a year, subject to seat availability.
  • Candidates should be physically and medically fit.
Process

Admission Process

1. Application

Collect and submit the application form, duly filled and signed by the candidate, along with 10 passport-size colour photographs.

2. Document Verification

Submit attested photocopies of academic qualification certificates, transfer certificate, and SSLC original mark card for verification.

3. Merit-Based Selection

Selection is done strictly on SSLC merit. In case two candidates have the same marks, preference goes to the one with higher marks in relevant subjects, then to the older candidate.

4. Seat Confirmation & Fee Payment

Selected candidates deposit the required documents and prescribed fee at the time of admission in the respective department.

5. Reporting to College

Candidates report to the department for orientation and the start of the academic term.

Note: Candidates applying for more than one diploma course must submit a separate application for each course.

Documents Required at Admission

  • Original mark sheet of SSLC / SSC / X Std. or equivalent examination
  • 6 passport-size and 4 stamp-size colour photographs
  • Transfer Certificate / Leaving Certificate
  • Eligibility certificate (for candidates outside Karnataka, issued by the Board of Technical Examination, Bengaluru)
  • Study Certificate (minimum 5 years, applicable to Karnataka students only)
  • Physical fitness certificate issued by a registered medical doctor

Fee Structure

Frequently Asked Questions

Candidates must have passed SSLC / Class X (or an equivalent examination) from a recognised Board, with a minimum of 35% marks in Mathematics & Science subjects, in all categories.

Admission is conducted once a year, ahead of the new academic session, subject to seat availability in each department.

Selection is based strictly on SSLC merit. In case of a tie, preference is given to the candidate with higher marks in the relevant subjects, and if still tied, to the older candidate.
